Patient Information
As a new patient, your first visit will be a new patient comprehensive exam.  This initial meeting is with the dental assistant and dentist to discuss your dental needs and develop a plan for continued oral health.  We will take the necessary x-rays at this visit to aid in our diagnosis.  We will also incorporate a tour of our office at this visit. This appointment lasts approximately one hour. 

Your first hygiene appointment is a separate appointment, and while we will make every attempt to schedule your new patient exam and your hygiene appointment back to back, it may be necessary to schedule them at different times.  Please discuss this with our staff at the time of making these appointments.

Insurance and Financing
We accept all insurance and as a courtesy to you, we will file insurance claims to most insurance companies.  However, any portion not covered by your insurance company is the patient’s responsibility at the time of service. 

For your convenience, Hedgecoe Dentistry accepts cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card.  Monthly payment plans are available through CareCredit, a patient financing plan.
